Bryan's extensive background includes nearly 12 years of experience in Ohio, including 11 years in Cincinnati, and 12 years in the Mid to Southern Ohio business community.  Bryan began his career as an Auditor and then Tax Accountant with a regional CPA firm.  This hands-on public accounting knowledge was of tremendous value as he transitioned into the Staffing/Recruiting and Consulting industry.  Bryan had an immediate impact in this industry as he directed a large well known publicly traded firm. Under Bryan’s leadership, the Accounting, Finance, Audit and Tax Consulting and project/interim staffing, grew to approximately $10MM, employing 55 consultants, and a Sales team of 8 professionals.  Bryan’s client base included many Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies in the Cincinnati area.  Bryan holds a Bachelors of Science in both Accounting and Business Management from Wilmington College, where he was an NCAA All American basketball player and was voted Captain of his college basketball team.  Bryan’s dedication to faith fuels his leadership, vision and enthusiasm towards business.

Douglas Howe has been a leader in both the business and non-profit worlds, having served as CEO, Executive Director, owner, speaker/trainer, professor, coach, consultant and pastor for 28 years. After developing and leveraging time-tested leadership principles in his professional successes, he started training others full-time in 2004. Doug has delivered over 2,000 public presentations and is equally effective in workshops, small groups and 1-on-1 settings. He serves and has served on several Boards in Ohio, Kentucky, South Carolina and Southern California. Doug and Bryan met at a Leadership Conference which sparked the Executive Leadership Development program at Horizons AFTS. He is the author of numerous articles and writes a popular culture blog for Fox’s Beliefnet.com., with his next book due out by Christmas, 2011. Doug and his wife Denise have been joyfully married for 25 years and are raising four great kids..

Michele has trained, mentored, and lead a team of recruiting professionals throughout her tenure in the industry. Michele's client base includes many Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations in the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. Ben has served in leadership roles for the last eleven years for companies in Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Sports & Leisure.

Ben’s financial and sales experiences over the last eleven years has given him the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of various industries and business models while working with some of the most innovative and driven business teams. His ability to lead, motivate and his genuine desire to help others succeed has allowed him to have a positive impact on the lives and careers of the professionals and he has worked with.

Prior to moving into the Professional Recruiting field, Ben was VP at IHG Capital. He did his undergraduate work at Ohio University and Sinclair College. He and his wife, Katy, have two sons.
